I haven't been to the movies in quite a while and was interested in seeing "The Upside" starring Kevin Hart, Bryan Cranston, and Nicole Kidman.  The movie is based on a true story and follows the surprising relationship that develops between a former convict and a very wealthy quadriplegic.  I loved it!  It's one of the best movies I've seen in a while since the acting was great, it was funny but touching and the story was uplifting.

The two big bonuses for me were that the movie was based on a true story.  I love inspiring true stories and I had never experienced sitting in a recliner at the movies before!  The Southside Mall added comfy recliners to select theaters a few months ago and I loved it!  It was a bit odd at first because I felt like I was in my living room with a group of strangers but it became fun because I developed a bit of a camaraderie with my neighbor and we shared some laughs together before the movie began.

I definitely recommend this experience if you don't mind reclining with strangers.  Who knows, you just might make a new friend while enjoying a movie!
